Returns and refunds at Tee Store
You can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery. It must be unused, with its tags and original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons — these are marked on their product page.
To start a return, write to us at the contact details on our store page with your order number. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Items bought in our stores can be exchanged at the counter of the store you bought from, with the bill.
